Vendor Agreement

This agreement governs your use of DynoMart as a vendor. By submitting a vendor application, you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to sell the products you list.

2. Product Listings

• All listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading
• Product photos must be real photos of the actual product
• Prices must reflect the actual selling price
• Stock quantities must be kept up to date

3. Order Fulfilment

• You must respond to order chats within 24 hours
• You must honour prices and terms agreed in the order chat
• You must ship items within the agreed timeframe
• You must provide valid tracking information when available

4. Commission

The platform charges a commission on each completed sale. The current commission rate is displayed in your vendor dashboard. Commission is deducted automatically from your earnings before payout.

5. Payouts

Earnings become available for payout after order completion (when the buyer confirms delivery or the auto-complete period expires). Minimum payout amounts and processing times apply.

6. Prohibited Items

The following may NOT be listed on DynoMart under any circumstances:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or dangerous materials
• Counterfeit, replica, or pirated goods
• Controlled substances or drug paraphernalia
• Stolen goods
• Adult or explicit content
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

7. Suspension & Termination

DynoMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations, high dispute rates, negative buyer feedback, or inactivity. Pending earnings may be held during investigation of reported violations.
