How It Works

Unlike traditional e-commerce platforms, DynoMart uses a discussion-based order system. Buyers and sellers chat directly to agree on price, quantity, payment method, and delivery terms before any money changes hands. This creates a transparent, trust-based marketplace where both parties are protected.

Buyer Protection

Every order placed on DynoMart is covered by our Buyer Protection policy. If you don't receive your item or it is significantly not as described, you can raise a dispute and our team will mediate a resolution — including a full or partial refund where warranted.

For Vendors

Joining DynoMart as a vendor is free. Set up your store, list your products, and choose your own payment methods. A small platform commission (set by the admin) applies only when an order is completed — no upfront costs.
