Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DynoMart, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Description

DynoMart is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We provide the technology and infrastructure but are not party to transactions between buyers and vendors. Vendors are independent sellers, not employees or agents of DynoMart.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to register
• You must provide accurate, complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

3. Buyer Responsibilities

• You agree to pay for items you commit to purchase
• You must confirm delivery promptly after receiving items
• You may only raise disputes in good faith
• You must not attempt to defraud vendors

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Listings must be accurate and not misleading
• You must honour agreed-upon prices, quantities, and delivery terms
• Prohibited items (weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, etc.) may not be listed
• You must ship orders promptly after receiving payment
• A platform commission applies to each completed sale

5. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on DynoMart:

• Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
• Weapons, firearms, or dangerous materials
• Adult or explicit content
• Spam, fake reviews, or manipulation of the platform
• Collection of user data without consent

6. Payments

DynoMart facilitates the introduction between buyers and vendors but does not process payments. Payment methods (bank transfer, PayPal, cryptocurrency, etc.) are agreed directly between buyer and vendor in the order chat. DynoMart is not responsible for payment disputes outside the platform's dispute system.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes raised within 72 hours of delivery confirmation will be reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to make binding decisions regarding refunds. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All DynoMart platform content (logos, code, design) is our property. You may not copy or reproduce it without permission. By uploading product images, you grant us a licence to display them on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

DynoMart's liability to you in connection with any order or transaction is limited to the commission amount received for that transaction. We are not liable for losses arising from vendor conduct, payment disputes, or shipping issues.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DynoMart is registered.
